Prior to founding Peritus Recruitment, Mairead successfully built and managed high-value recruitment businesses across ANZ and APAC for both global and medium-sized recruitment firms.

In recognition of her invaluable contribution to the industry, she was nominated to become an RCSA (The Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association) Board Member and serves as a member of the RCSA Responsible Procurement Committee.

Felipe has over twenty years of experience in recruitment, outsourcing and managed services for medium. to large organisations.

He has successfully led the end-to-end management of the strategy, delivery and operational function of each organisation he has worked with.

Well-recognised within the industry for his efforts, Felipe was awarded the RCSA Excellence in Client Service Award in 2019 for the delivery of the Labour Hire Supply of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Joanne has over twelve years’ recruitment experience across the Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. She has worked as both an external and in-house recruiter for leading pharmaceuticals organizations in both Australia and Ireland.

With an excellent network across the Australian, Irish and European markets; one of her key skills is sourcing hard to find, senior Biotech SME’s to relocate globally for our Australian based clients.

She also is key to our constant talent pipeline of best-in-class WHV engineering and scientific candidates on their way to Australia from the Irish and Swiss Pharma/ Biotech industry hubs.
